About the Role
The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective configuration, support, and optimisation of business-critical software applications across the organisation. This role serves as a key liaison between end users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to ensure applications, such as ERP and HCM systems, are aligned with business needs, perform reliably, and are used efficiently. The analyst will troubleshoot issues, provide user training, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance application functionality and user experience.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must have tertiary qualifications in ICT related disciplines and proven experience in a similar role, ideally from a fast paced and busy IT support environment. Ahrens is seeking a dynamic team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, who can build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders at different levels across the business. This role requires excellent problem solving skills, as well as strong experience with systems implementation and support. Candidates who are familiar and experienced with a broad portfolio of business applications are highly desirable for this role.
