About the role

We're seeking a strategic and analytical individual to join this iconic new hotel as Director of Revenue Management. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue across all streams of the business. With strong visibility at both property and corporate levels, and the opportunity to work remotely if desired, this role offers the perfect mix of challenge, autonomy, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored revenue strategies across both brands.

  • Lead weekly/bi-weekly strategy sessions with key internal stakeholders.

  • Provide data-driven insights to influence pricing, inventory, and channel mix.

  • Drive incremental profit across rooms and ancillary revenue sources.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business plans.

  • Optimise system usage and maintain data integrity in revenue and distribution platforms.

  • Monitor market performance and competitive set to maintain RevPAR growth.

  • Navigate and adapt to the evolving distribution and OTA landscape.

About you

  • Experience in revenue management for multi-property hotels (300+ rooms), ideally in an airport setting.

  • Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems, IDeaS or equivalent (e.g. Duetto).

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills paired with stakeholder management.

  • Comfortable leading through influence across departments.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and agile in responding to dynamic business needs.

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Remote work available within Australia.
