Experiential Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Experiential Marketing Director to drive growth and innovation in our experiential marketing practice. This key leadership role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive experiential marketing strategies, manage and mentor dedicated teams, and identify revenue opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management (50%): Lead comprehensive project management for activation and sampling initiatives, from strategic proposals to execution and reporting.
  • New Business Growth (30%): Develop and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging networks and a strong market presence.
  • People Leadership (20%): Mentor and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead larger, more complex projects, take on additional accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive extensive new business opportunities. As you grow in competence, you'll be encouraged to participate in leadership training and industry events to stay ahead of market trends.
