Permanent, full-time positionOnsite role working in modern, open plan officeReward and recognition, including competitive remuneration and career progressionLearning and career development programs for all roles and levelsFlexible leave options and up to 26 weeks paid parental leaveFree daily breakfast, office drinks and social eventsGenuine commitment to health and wellbeing, pro bono and community, and diversity and inclusion across our firmLearn more about what Hall & Wilcox can offer you: About the role and teamWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Co-ordinator to join our Darwin office.This role will provide prompt, efficient and reliable office services to the firm and our external stakeholders and to focus on continuous improvement for each function within Office Services.You will be responsible for:greeting and assisting clients/visitors, ensuring a professional experience;coordinating meeting room bookings, setups, resets, and support smooth delivery of internal and client meetings and events;maintaining client areas, kitchens, meeting rooms and back of house workspaces to a high standard;managing security passes, onboarding of new starters including office tours, merchandise and equipment coordination;liaising with Facilities and Technology team, suppliers, and building management for maintenance and equipment;overseeing WH&S checks, First Aid, emergency warden coordination, and critical incidents;handling mail, deliveries and couriers;managing internal communications and office related events and activations;managing office supplies including stationery, catering, staff amenities, and budget reconciliation; andsupporting National Operations Manager and Darwin Office Partner in Charge; andassisting with general office tasks.About youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role or professional services firm;excellent interpersonal and communication skills;working knowledge of Microsoft Office;ability to work autonomously;strong attention to detail;strong organisation/ time management skills; andflexible, reliable with a 'can do' attitude and a proactive approachAbout usHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
