About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Finance team at Quad Lock, who will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, while also providing general support to our Management Accountant. The main focus of the role is accounts receivable; however, you will also be responsible for accounts payable.

What You'll Do
  • Reconciling customer payments for accuracy
  • Assist in bank statement reconciliations
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received according to terms 
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and manage debt collection processes
  • Process incoming payments and allocate them correctly in NetSuite
  • Utilising ERP systems such as NetSuite 
  • Creating and managing bank transactions, including trading accounts and transfers
  • Entering credit card transactions, managing a volume of 500+ transactions per month
  • Assist with data entry of accounts payable invoices using Stampli
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting
  • Assist with FX management
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in accounts or data entry roles
  • Proficiency using ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is essential)
  • Demonstrated experience across the requirements of the role
  • Experience with multi-currency transactions
  • Understanding of GST implications in accounting processes
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
