Self Storage Facility Manager – Wollongong NSW

We are seeking a Customer Service & Administration superstar to manage our self storage facility in Wollongong.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role
- Permanent part-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:30pm
- On-site facility management – customer service, administration & property upkeep
- Reporting directly to the owner, you'll take ownership of the daily running of the site
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with storage unit rentals
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Manage bookings and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
- Keep the facility clean, secure, and well-presented
- Liaise with contractors and trades as needed
About You
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Confident with computers and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience in retail, office administration, property management, or sales is highly regarded (self storage experience welcome but not essential)
