About Us:

Jamberoo Valley Farm is an expanding estate located in the picturesque NSW countryside. We currently offer boutique farm-stay experiences and are in the exciting process of expanding into hosting events, including weddings and special gatherings. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, supported by robust and innovative technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update WordPress website
• Integrate and scale booking systems
• Oversee social media distribution tools
• Manage stock inventory system
• Maintain estate internet and Wi-Fi
• Provide IT support for staff and events

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in IT support, web management, and systems integration.
• Proficiency with WordPress, booking platforms, and cloud-based tools.
• Strong understanding of networking, internet infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a small team.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in the hospitality or events industry is an advantage.
