The
CFS Foundation
supports our CFS volunteers and their families, and we're looking for a proactive Administration Officer with strong social media skills to join our small team.

This is permanent part time (20 hours pw - flexible options) position to support the Chief Executive Officer.

Position

·      Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer

·      Create content and manage Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

·      Assist with events, fundraising and Mailchimp campaigns.

Qualifications

· years' administration experience.

·      Proficient in social media content management and use of Meta Business Suite.

·      Experience with Canva, Xero & Mailchimp (or similar).

·      Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.

·      Empathy for CFS volunteers and the important role they play in our community.

Details:

·      Part-time, min. 20hrs/week (flexible options available)

·      Valid driver's licence required, with some after-hours/weekend work for events.

·      Location is based in Emergency Services Headquarters, Keswick
