We're in a strong growth phase and are looking for a creative content creator with a genuine passion for watches to help take Watch Depot's social presence to the next level.

We're a small dynamic team, but supported by our wider omni-channel retail owner.

About the Role

This is a casual role, expected to average around 2-3 days per week.

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, Instagram and YouTube. This is a hands-on, execution-first role that thrives on speed, creativity, and authenticity.

Your job will be to shoot, edit, and publish raw, trend-driven content that feels native to each platform and not overly polished or stylised. You'll be part of a collaborative marketing team but own the day-to-day creation, posting, and engagement for Watch Depot's social channels.

Perfect for someone who scrolls social daily, knows what's trending, has a passion for watches, and wants to turn that instinct into content that builds brand love, reach, and sales.

What You'll Be Doing

· Shoot, edit, and publish content across Instagram, TikToks, Facebook and YouTube

· Jump on trending audios, memes, and formats quickly to stay relevant

· Write captions, scripts, and short copy in Watch Depot's tone of voice

· Create simple graphics in Canva, CapCut or Figma

· Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content, escalating service issues where needed

· Engage with watch hashtags, communities, and influencers to grow reach

· Track performance weekly/monthly and share insights with the Brand Manager

  • Support product launches, influencer collabs, and ecommerce campaigns with fresh content

What You'll Bring

· A portfolio or examples of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube content you've created

· Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content (personal or professional)

· Strong understanding of what feels native vs what feels like an ad on TikTok/Instagram

· Basic editing and design skills

· Excellent writing skills for captions and scripts

· Organised and proactive, with the ability to move fast and deliver consistently

  • Collaborative and open to direction while contributing your own creative ideas

Nice to Have

· Comfortable appearing on camera as part of content creation

· Experience managing brand social accounts

  • Familiarity with influencer and UGC content workflows
