Reporting to the Senior Social & Influencer Manager, our Social & Influencer Coordinator is an integral part of our team to identify purposeful partnerships with creators and drive engagement on our social channels, and help drive traffic to THE ICONIC's app and website through compelling and engaging content that is focused on creating value for our community.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Be a go-to support for the team. Jumping in on ad hoc projects, competitor research, and campaign reporting.
- Social media account management and reporting for assigned social channel/s - create, plan and schedule engaging and creative social content that aligns with our tone of voice, attitude, personality and brand behaviour in order to meet our objectives.
- Use analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Meltwater etc) to monitor, analyse and report on social media and influencer campaign performance and measure campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Spearhead all giveaways (including drafting Terms & Conditions) and liaising with the broader team (ie Legal & Finance).
- Assist with the development of creator content briefs and ensure that all content submitted adheres to social guidelines and best practices prior to posting.
- Support the end-to-end influencer campaigns including drafting influencer agreements, briefs, setting up campaign trackers and organising logistics of products to influencers.
- Cross collaboration with broader marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Work with customer service to address social media inquiries, feedback, and crisis management.
- Partner with analytics and insights teams to refine targeting and improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate on content creation and scheduling.
- Contribute to regular reporting, sharing key learnings and trends with the team.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and campaign logistics
- Execute end-to-end collaborations with creators that aligns to our master Communications strategy (specifically Influencer).
- Collaborate with your team to support our relationship with our external partner on 'Always On' influencer / creator activity, as well as direct influencer management.
- Continuously source and outreach new and upcoming creators that align with our tone of voice, attitude, personality and brand behavior in order to meet our objectives.
- Assist with the development of creator content briefs and ensure that all content submitted adheres to social guidelines and best practices prior to posting.
- Work with your team to identify opportunities to support execution of influencer content and / or campaigns end-to-end.
- Raising POs and invoices for creator campaigns and projects.
- Ensure reporting is completed in a timely manner.
Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- You have at least 2+ years experience working in Social Media.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges
- A creative mind, able to think of ideas that haven't been done before (for gifting, initiatives, events)
- Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- You have strong communication, creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that drives value for our communities
- You have a collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You're known for your eye for detail, accountability and excellent organisational / multitasking skills.
- You know how to be agile in your approach to work and can pivot easily
- You have an enthusiastic and curious attitude, and a genuine love of our brand.
- As a digital native, you approach everything app and mobile first.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field, or equivalent reputable experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media and/or Public Relations.
