How will you make an impact

The Growth Analytics Manager, AMP Bank GO & Platforms plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of AMP's marketing initiatives. By ensuring accurate measurement and analysis of marketing activities, this role directly influences decision-making processes that improve conversion rates, business growth and customer engagement. The insights and recommendations provided will drive the optimization of marketing & product strategies for the Bank, ultimately contributing to the achievement of AMP's business objectives and strengthening its market position. Through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, this position supports the alignment of marketing & product efforts with overall company goals, ensuring that AMP continues to deliver value to its customers, shareholders, and stakeholders.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or a similar growth-focused role
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics and data visualisation tools, particularly Adobe CJA or Adobe Analytics
  • Sound understanding of marketing channels (digital, CRM, paid media, web, etc.) and their respective data sets
  • Proven experience collaborating across business areas to drive performance through data-led insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills that support working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience within mobile app analytic platforms like Firebase, Google Play Console, AppStore Connect and mobile app competitive intelligence platforms is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimisation tactics and Mobile Measurement Platforms like AppsFlyer, Branch or Adjust is advantageous
  • Proven ability to think innovatively to problem solve and overcome obstacles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
