**Junior Content Writer**

**Core Tasks and Duties Across Levels**:

- Content research, fact-checking, and development into multiple content formats: direct-copywriting, blog, landing pages, posts, etc.
- Developing comprehensive reference lists to validate content for courses, and managing this within a database for future utility
- Content materials management and tracking: logging all content to ensure team reviews and revisions are applied systematically
- Help in developing scripts for learning video courses, social media content, and eCommerce product descriptions
- Writing content for different lead capture and client/recruitment nurture campaigns
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Creating, editing, and updating various forms of digital content, such as blogs, FAQ pages, resource pages, etc.
- Work with marketing and management to develop, update and improve the systems, policies and procedures relevant to the role
- Ensure the employee manual is accurate and update with any changes to the role immediately

**Requirements**:

- Post graduate qualification in Mass Communications, Marketing, Literature, journalism, and related field OR direct experience working as a Senior Online Content Specialist
- 2-4+ Years prior experience with content writing & marketing
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Training with web publications
- Possessing high level of writing and editing skills in English
- Working knowledge in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and how it affects online written content
- Portfolio

**Specified content development skills requirements**:

- AI-assisted blog writing (with training)
- SEO keyword placement knowledge (with training)
- Quality proofreading and editing for cohesion to service and brand relevance
- Video scriptwriting and transcription
- Direct-Copywriting skill
- Blog formatting and uploading to Wordpress and relevant CMS

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

1-2 years’ Experience = P26-30k/month
