The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join a purpose-driven healthcare group and take ownership of our entire digital marketing ecosystem — from SEO and SEM strategy to analytics, creative, and conversion optimisation.

You'll lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, guiding campaigns that build brand awareness, attract patients, and drive growth across all OnePointHealth services.

Working closely with our leadership team and creative partners, you'll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution — ensuring every campaign is data-informed, and high-performing.

What You'll Do

As our Senior Marketing & SEO Specialist, you will:

  • Lead the digital marketing function across SEO, SEM, social media, display, affiliate, and remarketing channels.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimisation) to improve organic visibility and website performance.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), including tracking setup, performance analysis, bid optimisation, and creative testing.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting, using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Tag Manager to deliver insights and drive informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with our web and development teams on site performance, UX, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing.
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns with content, design, and clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain best-practice frameworks for marketing tools, data tracking, and campaign processes.
  • Mentor and upskill junior marketing staff, supporting professional development and team capability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies — ensuring OnePointHealth remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house), with proven success in SEO and paid search.
  • Deep expertise in SEO strategy and execution (technical, on-page, off-page, link strategy).
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and digital campaigns from setup to optimisation.
  • Strong grasp of analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) and confident in translating data into actionable insights.
  • Practical understanding of web and UX principles — from site speed and schema markup to conversion design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution — you're comfortable planning and delivering.
  • Experience mentoring others and fostering capability across teams.
