**About Our Client**:
My client is a genuine household name, who specialise in manufacturing and distribution of machinery used by millions of people globally.

With over 150 years of history, the company provides critical equipment that enables sustainable operation of multiple industries worldwide.

Joining an established and supportive collections team, this position is responsible for:

- Collection of past due accounts, both via written and telephone.
- Analysis of past payments to assess customer statement validity.
- Approval of contract re-writes within guidelines.
- Coordination of equipment repossession as required.
- Coordination of legal administration in cases where there is a litigation process.
- Maintains relationship between retail customers and business dealership networks.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Ability to respond to basic and/or complex credit and collection problems.
- Knowledge of dealers/merchants, finance programs highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Australian legislation governing collection activity.
- Knowledge of asset collection process, including valuation and disposal.
