**What You’ll Do**
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the East West Group brands and drive business growth. From digital campaigns to customer retention initiatives, you’ll manage a variety of marketing activities that engage internal and external stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone who loves working on multiple projects, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is passionate about making an impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contribute to end-to-end campaign coordination**: Plan and implement marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and event marketing.
- **Customer journey mapping**: Work closely with our CRM to track and optimise customer interactions.
- **Content creation**: Collaborate on the development of engaging content for multiple platforms to support sales and enhance customer experience.
- **Reporting & analysis**: Monitor campaign performance and use feedback and data to continuously improve.
- **Client retention strategies**: Support initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive retention.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with sales, product, and external vendors to align marketing strategies and ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
