Our client is a well-established Brisbane based company operating for over 30 years. They are the HVAC-R hygiene experts, specialising in Ventilation and Air Restoration, HVAC-R Hygiene and Duct Cleaning. Serving commercial contracts in Queensland and New South Wales, trusted by Government, Healthcare, Public and Private Sector Organisations.
They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/ Admin to join their team.
As a Scheduler/ Admin, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service calls for their team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate jobs for technicians across multiple fields
- Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts
- Provide administrative support to the team and management
To be considered:
- Proven experience in scheduling (from a services industry)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Google workspace & Workguru is a plus but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in HVAC industry is a plus but not required
