We are seeking a Service Coordinator who understands what it takes to keep service operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and enjoy supporting skilled technicians in the field, this role is for you.
About The Role
In this key service role, you will be the link between customers, service technicians, and internal teams - ensuring that every service inquiry is handled efficiently and professionally. You will coordinate schedules, manage workflows, track jobs, and help maintain the high standards that define our service reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service calls and technician dispatch to meet customer requirements.
- Be the first point of contact for service inquiries, updates, and parts requests.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and job documentation.
- Work collaboratively with field technicians, logistics, and admin teams to streamline processes.
- Monitor service performance, escalate issues, and recommend improvements.
- Enter and manage customer and service data in our central system
- Support internal teams with spare parts and technical coordination
About You
You are someone who takes pride in supporting technical professionals and understands the importance of efficient service delivery. You stay calm under pressure, think ahead and communicate clearly.
You Will Bring
- Customer facing experience gained from service roles, hospitality, retail etc.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills - able to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Your ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
- Solid computer literacy, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, reliable attitude with strong attention to detail.
- An understanding of service environments - whether in trades, maintenance, or technical operations.
