About the Role
As an Account Manager – Logistics & Key Accounts, you'll manage a portfolio of major customers using the company's services. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key logistics clients to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with annual sales budgets
- Maximise customer spend across all products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, drivers, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor onboarding and first 90 days of trade to ensure satisfaction and integrity
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy
- Identify and secure share of wallet opportunities within existing client base
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain account management
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial acumen and solution-based selling experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
- Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
