Nido Early School is opening a new service in Sunshine and we are seeking a talented administrator to provide exceptional customer service, support and a warm Nido welcome to all families and children.

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. You will lean on your organisational expertise and time management skills in contributing to the effective operation of the service and leadership team.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

  • New, purpose-built 88 place service
  • Bus stop outside the service for easy commute
  • The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play yards
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
  • Full time Executive Service Manager and Service Administrator to help guide you through your career

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous front administration experience is essential
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Leader and Centre Director to deliver outstanding service
  • Be confident in communicating with families face to face and over the phone
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business - desirable
