We are a fulfilment & distribution business based in Sunshine North VIC , we are looking to hire a new member to start immediately. You will be reporting directly to the Owners and working in a small team office environment within our warehouse. The role consists of but not limited to the below duties:

  • Ad-hoc administrative, office duties, data entry and filing.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff, and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Processing returns and assist with stock management
  • Assist with returns process and other light work in warehouse if required
  • Monitor and reply to emails, phone calls, and ensure queries responded to promptly.
  • Process customer's orders and perform dispatch functions via various in-house systems, software and portals.
  • Inventory management and operate WMS.

Full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates with the below skills set and attributes:

  • Excellent time management, punctual and reliability.
  • Effective communication and writing skills.
  • Team player and Customer service orientated.
  • Attention to details and willingness to learn.
  • Can cope under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand priority, multitasking and can adapt to regular changes.
  • Can work without supervision and a team player.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate and good typing speed.

Required Mon-Fri between 7:50am-2:30pm.

Most importantly you are willing to learn and looking to develop and grow with the business.
