We are a well-established national financial services organisation. As part of our growing national network, this opportunity offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, backed by the strength and stability of an ASX-listed company. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial advice and service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service an existing client base while delivering legally compliant, high-quality financial advice.
  • Conduct client interviews and reviews in accordance with Fiducian's Smart Business Practices Manual.
  • Maintain accurate client data and develop tailored strategies aligned with clients' current circumstances and long-term goals.
  • Prepare and present advice documents and financial plans in line with internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Actively contribute to business growth by sourcing new clients and participating in marketing activities, including seminars and professional presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products and trends in financial planning.
  • Complete ongoing training requirements, including Kaplan modules, Professional Development days, and attendance at Fiducian's Annual Conference.
  • Support and supervise administrative staff and contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
  • Relevant qualifications in Financial Planning and successful completion of the FASEA exam.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative and team-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Ongoing training and professional development will be supported to ensure your continued growth and success in this role.
