About the Role:

White Ribbon Australia (WRA) is seeking a proactive leader with expertise in promoting healthy masculinity and primary prevention initiatives to drive the development and delivery of impactful programs nationwide.

As the WRA Products and Programs Lead, you'll spearhead innovative initiatives aimed at challenging harmful gender norms, fostering respectful relationships, and promoting positive masculinity.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis working 76 hours a fortnight, with interstate travel. However, we are open to job share or part time arrangements, let us know your preference in your application.

While our office is based in Perth, Western Australia our team members are located all over Australia with options to work from home and flexibly.

About You

Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Psychology, Commerce or equivalent work-based experience. You're someone who thrives in collaborative environments, leads with empathy, and is passionate about creating lasting social change through community engagement and evidence-based practice. You will have:

  • Proven Impact: Strong background in promoting healthy masculinity and challenging harmful gender norms through community-based initiatives.
  • Program Leadership: Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating prevention programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Skilled in working with diverse stakeholders, including Indigenous communities, people living with disability and culturally and linguistically diverse.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead virtual team members across multiple sites, fostering engagement and high performance.
  • Project & Risk Savvy: Solid project management skills and a proactive approach to risk and continuous improvement.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear, confident, and collaborative drive to support organisational goals and social change.
