Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate Patient Coordinator to join our close-knit team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the trusted advisor for patients considering life-changing surgical procedures. From the first consultation to treatment planning and follow-up, you'll guide them with care, clarity, and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, premium environment where every patient interaction makes a profound impact.

At Anew Smile, You'll

  • Lead consultations with warmth and professionalism, helping patients understand their surgical options
  • Guide patients through treatment plans, timelines, and financial arrangements
  • Coordinate the patient journey from initial enquiry through to surgical procedures and recovery

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with patients, providing clear and empathetic communication

  • Maintain accurate patient records and pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • Proven sales, consulting, or patient-facing experience in healthcare, cosmetic clinics, luxury retail, or wellness
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed goals
