Gatekeeper Systems Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Gatekeeper Systems Inc, is a global leader in intelligent loss prevention and trolley management solutions for retailers.
Due to continued business growth, the development of AI Facial Matching technologies, and the implementation of a new CRM system, we are looking for a dedicated Service & Inventory Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Clyde North office.
As part of a dynamic and expanding team, you'll be joining us at an exciting time as we work closely with our retail partners to combat the growing challenges of theft and violence in retail environments.
The Service & Inventory Coordinator role reports to the Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for the organization and scheduling of both internal and external service technicians. The role requires interaction and cooperation with all departments within the business from customer service to projects and technical. Experience in scheduling a workforce of field operatives both in house and sub-contractors is essential. Experience in using MS Dynamics 365 is a pre-requisite to this role.
Key aspects of the role include:

Processing and managing customer sales orders and enquiries in CRM systems

Coordinating and allocating resource for all service and installation operations.

Answering and responding to incoming customer calls and emails
-
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales data
-
Allocate hours worked to service jobs along with parts used
-
shipping, and logistics coordination
-
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
-
Monthly Cycle count accuracy

Receiving and checking in stock deliveries
-
Helping keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
-
Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team

Contributing to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements

What we're looking for

Dynamics 365 experience a must

Attention to detail – accurate work is key in both admin and warehouse tasks

Physical fitness – comfortable lifting and moving stock as part of your day

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- intermediate level required

Mechanical aptitude - ability to trouble shoot with the customer on our solutions

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a customer- facing environment 2 plus years' experience

Forklift License preferred
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Desired 3 years of experience directly related to Service coordination role using CRM systems (preference MS Dynamics 365), preferably in a retail supply environment coupled with general day to day office duties.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to all team members and levels within the organization.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Understanding of OH&S requirements and interpretation / compliance of OH&S documentation
