About the Role

Based primarily at our corporate hub in Subiaco, this role will work with the team to support 24 locations across the Perth metro, with a blend of corporate offices and clinical settings such as suburban clinics and hospital locations.

All remote work requiring on site attendance is supported by our kilometre reimbursement plan, however, you will require your own transportation to fulfil the requirement of this role.

  • Assist in continual service improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and the end-user experience.
  • Work closely with peers and the broader IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups to ensure system stability and security.
  • Perform routine IT administration tasks across several systems, such as Active Directory, Cisco Unified Call Manager & Microsoft Admin Centre.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to end user training initiatives to improve technical literacy.
  • Participate in the on-call team rotation for priority out of hours issues
  • Document solutions and troubleshooting steps for future reference and use.
  • Contribute to user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to guide users in resolving common hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security protocols, including data protection and access controls.

Who We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will require a combination of technical expertise with an authentic passion for customer service and service delivery.

Ideally, we are seeking someone driven by curiosity to deliver high quality outcomes and someone who is always willing to learn new things.

Outside of this, we are seeking someone with:

  • A requisite depth of experience in L1 and L2 IT end-user support (desktop, service desk, modern workplace, mobility, networking etc.)
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively with your own team and other IT teams to deliver in your role
  • Proven awareness of cyber and data security best practices and incident response
  • Involvement in delivering innovation, automations or efficiencies
  • Understanding of networking and communication concepts
  • An articulate, proactive and confident communicator
  • Someone with established critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively whilst under pressure (and to tight timelines)
  • Complementary education/coursework is highly regarded – e.g. ITIL or vendor certifications
  • Full Australian working rights
