Part-Time Recruiter - Account Management Focus

2-3 Days Per Week | Remote + Occasional Office/Client Onsite | Strong Commission Structure

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis, managing multiple vacancies across Sales, Administration, and Finance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships and enjoys the variety of working across different sectors. You'll work predominantly remotely, with the flexibility to join occasional team meetings in the office and attend onsite client visits when needed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies (Sales, Admin, Finance).
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships in an account management style.
  • Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates.
  • Balancing delivery with commercial outcomes to maximise commission.
  • Attending occasional office meetings and onsite client engagements.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' recruitment experience, ideally spanning different verticals (Finance, Admin, Sales or similar).
  • Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a flexible environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and pace.
