Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience and a bachelor's degree
  • Or 5 years of relevant sales experience in B2B sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a team over time
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a team environment
  • Common sense and ability to handle disappointments and celebrate wins

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and place Mental Health Professionals in permanent roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in team events and activities
