We are looking for experienced Senior Payroll Officerto start immediately in a well run and organised payroll process for our client based near North Ryde You need to be bright, energetic, show great aptitude and a desire to hit the ground running

These positions require someone with full function payroll experience, where they will be responsible for end to end outsourced payroll processing using ADP payroll system. There is possibility of the role getting extended.

Duties are outlined but not limited to the following:

  • Preparation of payroll: Fortnightly payroll for employees
  • Resolve any queries relating to payroll, inclusive of LSL, superannuation, time sheets and PAYG summaries
  • Assist with payroll month end to end and year-end processes
  • Preparation of contracts
  • Staff correspondence including salary changes and roster pattern changes
  • Employees compensation administration
  • Maintaining and updating personnel records

Skills Required:

  • A Full function payroll processing Expert using ADP is highly desirable
  • Month/year end reconciliation's, Payroll tax, superannuation, EBA interpretation etc.
  • Strong attention to detail, computer/systems savvy.
  • Ability to prioritise workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail.
