Our clients include major international carriers, global service providers, UCaaS/CCaaS platform providers and direct enterprise customers who rely on us for high-quality, compliant, and scalable voice services.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to accelerate growth across enterprise and wholesale segments in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

This role combines new business development and account expansion, focusing on selling UC Voice solutions and global call termination services. The ideal candidate is a proven sales "hunter" with strong industry relationships, deep telecom knowledge, and the ability to close complex international deals.

Key Responsibilities

·      Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise and wholesale clients across APAC, targeting carriers, MSPs, and large multi-site organisations.

·      Solution Selling: Promote Comms Group Global' s UC Voice and international call termination offerings, clearly articulating business value, quality, and compliance advantages.

·      Account Growth: Expand existing relationships, developing strategic account plans and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

·      Partner Engagement: Build alliances with technology partners, system integrators, and distributors to extend market reach.

·      Customer Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the deployment and optimisation of global voice and UC solutions.

·      Collaboration: Work closely with internal pre-sales, engineering, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

·      Market Insight: Track market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and positioning.

·      Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, sales documentation, and regular reporting to management.

Skills and Experience

· years of B2B sales experience within telecommunications, UC, or carrier services.

·      Proven record of success selling international voice services and UC platforms to enterprise and wholesale clients.

·      Strong understanding of APAC telecom markets, technologies, and key industry players.

·      Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with C-level and procurement stakeholders.

·      Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic regional role.

·      Willingness to travel throughout APAC for client engagement and international conferences.
