We are seeking a full-time experienced
Allocations (Mobilisaton) Administrator
to join our Perth team, based in our WA head office in Burswood.

You will have experience, coordinating and booking flights, liaising with client site administrators, our personnel, village managers and our recruitment team to meet operational needs, at times with minimal notice.

The Role

  • Booking and scheduling flights for outgoing personnel to various villages
  • Liaising with recruitment and site management of rosters, annual leave coverage and adhoc coverage e.g. managing casual staff/agency staff as required
  • Attention to detail in maintaining live information
  • Can work under pressure and perform
  • Team player and can work autonomously

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 6mths to one year experience in a similar role
  • Strong administration skill set
  • Punctual and can work under pressure
  • Ability to converse on various mediums e.g. telephone, email and or face to face.
  • Ability to use initiative and deliver results
  • Have a sense of urgency
  • Confident in ability and understands ones value in a team environment
