The Role:

We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator with high attention to detail. This is a permanent position on offer, with full-time hours, and full training provided Occasional travel to site is required to support service shuts.

We will guide and support you through your development 

Duties include:

  • Ensure timesheets submitted from site are accurate and complete
  • Process accurate and timely payroll in line with company schedules
  • Liaising with various staff members including Site Supervisors, Coordinators, Payroll and Staff
  • Act as first point of contact for payroll queries, providing clear and professional advice
  • Work closely with the Planning Department to ensure labour is allocated accurately against jobs
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
  • Contribute to payroll system improvements and audits

The Requirements: 

  • Experience working within a fast-paced administration or data entry role
  • Travel is required to support service shuts on site
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a high level of initiative and proactiveness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop good working relationships
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage own workload
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve
