Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Wollstonecraft, NSW. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly — helping with patient bookings, managing correspondence, supporting our specialists, and making sure the day-to-day admin is taken care of.
What you'll be doing:
Booking appointments and greeting patients
Working alongside the clinical team to support with their books, queries and general admin tasks
Managing electronic medical records and referrals
Handling phone calls and emails
Supporting the team with general admin tasks
Qualifications
You've worked in a medical or specialist practice before
You're confident with EMR systems and Medicare billing
You're organised, calm under pressure, and great with people
Bonus if you've worked in cardiology — but not essential
