Due to a retirement in our practice, we are seeking a Medical Receptionist/Secretary for an Orthopaedic Surgeon based in North Sydney. 

About the Role:

· Part-time permanent position (4 days- negotiable)

· Support a busy Orthopaedic Surgeon with a steady patient base

· Start date negotiable. Must be available from November 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greeting patients and managing all front desk operations during clinic

· Coordinating appointments, patient accounts, data entry

· Taking incoming phone calls to rooms and triaging appropriately

· Maintaining a smooth and professional patient experience

· Managing incoming/outgoing patient correspondence

What We're Looking For:

· Previous medical reception experience preferred

· Gentu/Genie experience preferred but not essential.

· Competency in I.T and paperless systems

· Ability to show initiative and willingness to adapt

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· A warm, polished, and professional manner

· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

· Must be available during school holidays
