The opportunity to join our team
We're seeking a proactive and client-focused Senior Practice Support Officer to deliver high-quality advice administration and support services. Working closely with advisers, paraplanners, and clients, you'll help deliver tailored financial solutions, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous process improvements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering great client outcomes and driving efficiency within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support advice documentation and client reviews
- Conduct research and modelling using tools like Xtools+, WealthSolver, and Risk Researcher
- Collaborate with advisers and paraplanners to implement tailored client strategies
- Support advice implementation and client service activities
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and internal policies
- Drive improvements in client experience and advice delivery processes
- Promote the use of technology to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Foster strong client relationships and communicate complex information clearly
- Contribute to team development through mentoring and collaboration
What you will bring:
