Are you a motivated Tax Accountant looking for your next opportunity? We're currently working with multiple reputable public practice firms across Melbourne seeking Intermediate to Senior-level Tax Accountants to join their growing teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
  • Completing BAS, IAS, FBT returns and financial statements
  • Managing your own portfolio of clients and building strong professional relationships
  • Advising clients on tax planning and compliance
  • Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on client matters
  • Reviewing work from junior staff (for senior-level candidates)
  • Staying up to date with the latest tax legislation and accounting standards

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of experience in public practice tax accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • CPA or CA qualified or working towards
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, HandiTax, QuickBooks is a plus
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
