The opportunity.We have an exciting opportunity based in our Melbourne CBD Head Office for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our Licensing, Education and Practice Support team.
Working directly with the Licensee Operations Manager you will be a key contributor to our ongoing growth and innovation through your proven administration abilities to support our financial planning licensing, adviser education and practice support operations.
The role offers excellent scope for you to display and enhance your current skill set whilst supporting the ongoing innovation of the overall business.
This exciting and self-fulfilling role requires:
- proactive support of the e Licensing, Education and Operations support services for our advisers and internal stakeholders.
- ongoing support to our adviser recruiting and development process
- administration assistance to our Adviser Education program
- assisting the development and support of our dealer services program
- supporting practice development needs in conjunction with Practice Managers
- operational assistance with our Practice Analytical reporting
- helping to create licensee business efficiencies through technology
- driving the service and relationships with our partnered fund managers
- supporting adviser / practice retention
- operational support of acquisition and succession plans of our existing advisers

- min 2 years financial planning administration experience
- experience across a variety of financial planning administrative functions
- understanding of Financial Planning education requitements
- sound financial planning process and compliance knowledge
- strong relationship, communication and influencing skills
- exposure to financial planning software (Xplan preferred)
- highly organized and fully accountable
- proven organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline
