Join MACSEYE as a Practice Support Coach and make a real impact in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) In this dynamic role, you'll work alongside the Senior Practice Lead and local teams to uplift quality, pedagogy, and best practice across our services. With regular site visits, hands-on coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll help shape engaging, high-standard care that meets both regulatory and organisational goals.

Job Description

As a Practice Support Coach, you'll inspire excellence across OSHC services - coaching teams, supporting continuous improvement, and embedding best practice.

  • Mentor and guide Coordinators and Educators to achieve practice goals
  • Support QIPs, Assessment & Ratings, and quality improvement
  • Provide hands-on field coaching and role modelling
  • Collaborate with leaders to embed consistent pedagogy and standards
  • Foster reflection, growth, and high-quality outcomes for children

Qualifications

Bring your expertise in quality, pedagogy, and leadership to shape best practice across OSHC services.

  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood, Education, or related field (desirable)
  • Proven experience as an Educational Leader or in Quality Assurance, ideally within OSHC
  • Skilled in audits, assessments, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of OSHC regulations, NQS, and MTOP Framework
  • Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on with a "can do" attitude
