We are offering a Graduate Program – E-Commerce Sales & RMA Support, ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build their career in sales, operations, and service management within the technology industry.

About the Role

In this role, you will support both customer sales activities and warranty/RMA service workflows. You'll work closely with our operations, warehouse, and technical service teams to ensure positive customer experiences and smooth resolution of product issues.

This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and eventually take ownership of key business processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Communicate with customers via social media chats, email, and phone

· Assist in managing sales activities across Facebook, eBay, Xiaohongshu, and Amazon, including product listings, enquiries, promotions, and customer interactions

· Handle sales enquiries, order coordination, and customer follow-ups

· Support RMA and warranty processing, including case logging and coordination with suppliers

· Work with internal teams to ensure timely service and accurate resolutions

· Work with the warehouse team to check, identify, and organise inventory; locate items when fulfilling orders or processing returns; and help identify saleable products for listing

· Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· IT-related background is essential — this role is not suitable for candidates with zero exposure to computer hardware. You should be familiar with at least one category, such as laptops, desktop PCs, or computer hardware components.

· Bilingual communication (English + Mandarin) is highly regarded

· Willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills
