In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing MBAuP Dynamic Pricing team responsible for driving sales development by producing effective Sales Campaigns by monitoring market dynamics, stock levels, stock turn, aged stock, and pockets of problem stock to target with measures. You will use your analytical knowledge and skills to assist in the simulation of budgets to ensure spending is optimised and within agreed guidelines, driving continuous improvement through intelligence and automation.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Support the management and optimisation of pricing and sales algorithms and AI tools, including the Intelligent Sales Co-Pilot (ISC), ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance pricing processes by driving automation, refining pricing logic, and reducing manual efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and controlling teams to design, track, and optimise sales campaigns for maximum impact, including measuring and reporting on success of campaigns to derive learnings for future planning
  • Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving and aged stock, and provide strategic recommendations to improve turnover and sales opportunities.
  • Manage pricing updates, respond to agent pricing inquiries, ensure pricing accuracy across platforms and conduct daily spot checks.
  • Develop reports and insights on pricing trends, stock performance and campaign effectiveness to inform management and key stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

What you will need to be successful:

  • Detailed knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Australia Pacific, including its brand, products, and customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to represent large amounts of data in a simple and easy to understand way
  • Experience with PowerBI or other BI, and automation tools high preferred.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Economics or Statistics or at least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably including retail experience.
