Objective:

Deliver an amazing customer experience by educating and assisting customers to ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
  • Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
  • Work with sales, development, and support teams to ensure that the product adoption experience meets customer expectations
  • Respond to customer inquiries with a sense of urgency
  • Maintain current working knowledge of the product
  • Assist with best practices and tips
  • Create a loyal customer base
  • Collect customer feedback and act on it
