About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at C & E Developments on a casual basis. Based in Osborne Park WA 6017, this part-time role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for reporting to our accountants.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general bookkeeping duties such as data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable

  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records

  • Preparing and processing payroll for a small number of employees

  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

  • Liaising with external accountants and auditors as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

  • Strong proficiency in using MYOB

  • Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Training will be provided for the software for our Self Storage Facility
