Lexus of Perth is the sole distributor for Lexus parts in Western Australia and Tasmania. We require a suitably qualified Parts Manager to oversee our entire parts operation from a brand new, dedicated Parts warehouse in Osborne Park.

About the role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of every aspect of the Parts department

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Managing inventory
  • Achieving Parts sales and gross objectives
  • Daily reporting to the Managing Director
  • Lead, train and teach the Parts team
  • Providing hands on assistance to the entire Parts team across all Parts department functions
  • Improve processes and look for efficiencies as required
  • Liaison with Lexus Australia and major Parts customers

The Ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience as a Parts Manager or a 2IC ready to take the next step
  • A hands-on, can do attitude and prepared to lead by example
  • An understanding of the entire operation of the Parts department
  • Previous experience within the Toyota group of companies would be very well regarded
  • An understanding of Tune/Revolution software
  • The ability to work as part of a small, tight knit management team
  • Hard working, responsible and meticulous
  • A desire to fulfil this role for a long period of time and to grow with the Lexus brand
