Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

The Strategic Technology Alliances Manager is responsible for driving UiPath's growth through deep, outcome-based partnerships with global and regional technology partners. This individual will identify, develop, and operationalize strategic alliances that accelerate UiPath's AI and automation platform adoption across enterprise and public sector customers in Australia and New Zealand. You will act as a connector between UiPath's product, sales, and marketing organizations and our strategic partners — including cloud hyperscalers, AI innovators, and complementary technology providers — to deliver joint customer value and co-sell opportunities.

What you'll do at UiPath

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Build and execute joint business plans with key technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, SAP).

  • Align partner capabilities with UiPath's automation and AI product roadmap to deliver differentiated joint solutions.

  • Evaluate and onboard new technology partners to expand UiPath's ecosystem relevance across key industries.

Co-Sell and Revenue Growth

  • Develop and manage a partner-sourced and influenced pipeline aligned to regional sales priorities.

  • Collaborate with UiPath's sales and channel teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and field enablement sessions.

  • Drive joint account planning, executive alignment, and opportunity acceleration across strategic accounts.

Alliance Governance & Operations

  • Lead regular business reviews to track KPIs, pipeline contribution, and partner satisfaction.

  • Ensure alliance agreements, operational frameworks, and joint initiatives comply with UiPath global partner standards.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, marketing, and product teams to support partner execution.

Market & Thought Leadership

  • Represent UiPath at industry and partner events across ANZ, articulating our automation and AI vision.

  • Identify emerging technology trends and potential partnership opportunities in AI, GenAI, and enterprise automation ecosystems.

  • Champion UiPath's mission to deliver The Fully Automated Enterprise through ecosystem innovation.

What you'll bring to the team
  • 8+ years' experience in alliance management, strategic partnerships, or business development within the software/SaaS or cloud ecosystem.

  • Proven track record building and managing relationships with hyperscalers and technology ISVs.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise automation, AI, and digital transformation markets.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

Maybe you don't tick all the boxes above—but still think you'd be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can't be learned.
