Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a Channel and Alliances Partner Manager
is to build, manage, and grow relationships with external partners to drive revenue and company growth. This involves developing and executing strategic plans, enabling partners through training and resources, monitoring performance, and collaborating on joint marketing and sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include partner recruitment, relationship management, sales strategy execution, performance analysis, and acting as a liaison between partners and the company. 
This role plays a crucial part in developing and expanding partner ecosystems to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in managing relationships with Channel and Alliance Partners
  • Experience with distributed energy resources (DER) vendors, EPCs, OEMs, DNSPs
  • Strong network in the energy sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed partner recruitment and sales quota
  • Ability to generate net new business through and with partners
  • Ability to drive joint GTM programs with partners
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Self motivated and results orientated

Ways of working

We embrace modern ways of working with extensive use of collaboration tools. We work remote-first and, depending on your location, you may also have an office to work from if that suits you. As long as the work gets done, we're flexible. Local and interstate travel will be required for customer or internal meetings and events.
