We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Audi Centre Brighton.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, inspire and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Deliver a premium end-to-end experience for every customer.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and sales processes to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to implement strategic business initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the Audi product range and competitor landscape.
