We are searching for a talented individual to join the team at our Brighton BMW dealership.

The role will suit an individual who enjoys a demanding fast -paced environment, there is never a dull moment.

Our dealership is unique, offering our customers an unforgettable experience in the way we showcase and demonstrate our products and service to customers.

In support of this we are now seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience in a dealership environment is highly desired).
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Core value for exceptional customer service.
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is essential.
- Professional presentation & phone mannerism is critical.
- Technical/Automotive knowledge.
- Exceptional time management & organisation skills.
- Highly motivated & able to work unsupervised.
- Friendly, easy-going individual, a real team player.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Friendly, personable individual who is comfortable liaising with customers on a daily basis.
