Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bentleigh, VIC, for a Client Services Officer. The Client Services Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality client support, assisting with financial documentation, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with the advisory team to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day duties include maintaining accurate client records, supporting the delivery of financial services, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and service providers to optimise customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to handle client interactions and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively meet client needs and ensure high levels of customer care.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance principles and the ability to comprehend financial documentation and processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining client records and supporting documentation.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role in a financial services environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms for client and financial data management.
  • A genuine commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
