Your new role awaits…

As the Partnerships Marketing Coordinator you will work with iconic gaming and pop culture brands, such as Disney, Netflix, Warner Brothers, Universal, Microsoft, PlayStation, Nintendo just to name a few of our incredible partners. You will be assisting the Partnerships Marketing team in the delivery of partner campaigns across instore and digital channels.

As part of the wider merchandising team, you will work closely with teams across buying and marketing, ensuring partner campaigns and point of sale aligns with business priorities. We have had a strong year of growth and are looking for the right person to help us keep growing 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Daily maintenance of campaign calendars ensuring campaigns are executed on time
• Manage partner artwork approvals and assets with internal stakeholders across buying and marketing
• Manage shipping of partner POS with the DC (Distribution Centre) Marketing team
• Assist in briefing for partner campaign elements including instore, web, eDM, social, catalogues and more ensuring accurate and timely briefs.
• Collect Proof of Execution (POE) for all campaigns and assist in assembling Post Campaign Reporting (PCR) for partner campaigns
• Support the marketing team with store communications for instore partner setups

This role is based at our Store Support Centre in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. Applicants must either live in Brisbane or be willing to relocate for the role.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you must have:

• 2+ years' experience in a retail marketing, media agency role or similar
• Ability to thrive with tight deadlines and multiple projects
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to build relationships with international vendor partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

The following would be advantageous (but not required):

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar
• Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suit
