We are on the hunt for a high-performing Strategic Partnerships Administrator to support our internal key accounts team. This is a fast-moving role where no two days are the same, and precision, speed, and ownership are everything.

You'll be the go-to across administration, customer support, and order processing keeping our systems sharp, our partners happy, and our team moving forward.

What you'll own:

  • Day-to-day coordination for strategic partners
  • Processing sales orders, rebates, and invoices
  • Acting as first point of contact for customer queries
  • Maintaining data accuracy across systems (NetSuite, NuOrder, PVX) (desired)
  • Supporting partner reviews, reporting, and promotions

What you'll bring:

  • A cool head under pressure
  • Strong admin and exceptional communication skills
  • A love of detail, structure, and getting things done
  • Experience in wholesale, customer service, or sales support (highly desired)
