 — a Queensland-owned business leading the way in protective coatings, surface preparation, and spray equipment supply. With branches across Queensland, SBI services the automotive, industrial, marine, and protective coatings sectors.

We're seeking a motivated 
Sales Representative
 to join the team in our Toowoomba branch. You'll work closely with existing clients, develop new accounts, and represent some of the industry's most trusted brands.

Experience in coatings or industrial sales is a plus — but not essential. If you've got drive, curiosity, and the confidence to connect with people, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across Toowoomba and regional Queensland.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular site and customer visits.
  • Identify new opportunities and help customers find the right products and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and warehouse teams to deliver great outcomes.
  • Overnight travel will be required (Accommodation and meals provided.)

What You'll Bring

  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to succeed.
  • The ability to plan your work, manage your time, and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence using computer systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Experience in coatings, paint, or industrial products is helpful but not required.
